At Attari Beddings, we know how eagerly you anticipate a pain-free, restorative night's rest. We work with established British courier networks to dispatch your pillows safely and promptly across the country.

1. Postage Rates & Nationwide Coverage

• Standard Delivery Charges: 100% Free Tracked Shipping on all orders. We never charge fragile-packing supplements, handling fees, or remote postcode surcharges at checkout.
• Coverage Area: We deliver to all destinations across the entire United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, and UK offshore regions).

2. Timelines, Cut-Off & Transit Schedules

• Daily Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM UK Time (GMT / BST during daylight saving hours). Orders placed after 2:00 PM will commence order handling on the subsequent business morning.
• Depot Handling Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday). Pillows are inspected, securely packaged in protective waterproof mailers, and passed to our courier partners.
• Courier Transit Time: 3 to 5 business days (Monday through Friday) for all UK destinations.
• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 4 to 7 business days from your order confirmation date.

3. Weekend & UK Bank Holiday Clause

Please note that Saturdays, Sundays, and UK Public Holidays (Bank Holidays) are not counted as operational handling or transit days. Orders completed during weekends or official national holidays will begin processing on the following working business day, with courier transit schedules rolling over accordingly.

4. Consignment Tracking

The moment your pillow consignment leaves our dispatch facility, our system automatically emails you an electronic dispatch notice containing your direct parcel tracking link.
