Ergonomic memory foam pillows and contour cushions are engineered to provide lasting spinal alignment. To maintain the elasticity and hygiene of your pillows, please follow our easy home care guide below:

1. Initial Unboxing & Foam Expansion

• Decompression: Our pillows are vacuum-packed for hygienic transport. Upon opening, place the foam core on a flat surface in a well-ventilated room; allow 24 to 48 hours for the memory foam to expand fully to its intended contour height (8cm, 10cm, or 13cm).
• Fresh Foam Scent: Like all new memory foam products, a faint harmless aroma may be noticeable initially. Airing the unzipped foam core for a day will dispel it naturally.

2. Washing & Outer Cover Maintenance

• Removable Outer Cover: Unzip and wash the outer honeycomb/bamboo knit cover on a gentle 30°C cycle. Tumble dry on low or line dry naturally.
• Memory Foam Core Warning: Never submerge or wash the internal memory foam core in water, and do not place it in a washing machine or tumble dryer. Water breaks down foam cell structures. Spot-clean with a barely damp cloth only if necessary.

3. Temperature & Storage

• Temperature Sensitivity: High-density memory foam responds to ambient temperature. It may feel firmer in cold rooms and softer in warm environments; it will naturally soften and contour to your body heat as you rest.
• Storage: Never fold or compress memory foam for prolonged periods when not in use. Store flat in a dry, temperate closet.
