How much do you charge for UK delivery?

Standard delivery is 100% free on every memory foam pillow, cervical contour cushion, and bedding accessory sent anywhere in the United Kingdom. There are no minimum spend thresholds or surprise checkout surcharges.

How long will it take for my pillow order to arrive?

Orders received before 2:00 PM (UK Time) require 1–2 business days for warehouse preparation, followed by 3–5 business days of courier transit. Total expected delivery time is 4–7 business days (Monday to Friday).

What if a pillow height doesn't suit my sleeping position?

We provide a 30-day return window. Every package includes a prepaid return shipping label inside the box. As long as the pillow is clean, undamaged, and repacked with its original cover, you can return it by mail completely free of charge.

Are there any restocking or return carriage deductions?

None at all. We do not deduct restocking fees, and return postage is 100% free when using the enclosed prepaid return label.

When will my refund be completed?

Within 3 business days of receiving your returned item at our depot, our team completes inspection and issues your full refund directly back to your original Visa or Mastercard account.

What payment methods are accepted at checkout?
